Walid Tadjouri (Head Instructor)

Walid 'Mataleao' Tadjouri is a black belt under Carlson Gracie. He has a background of martial arts practice, starting with Karate from an early age and then moved on to full contact Kick boxing, until he received his black belt when he was 20 years old. He continued in this style for some years until he came across BJJ in 2000 at the famous Budokwai in Chelsea. Walid went on to become one of the first guys who helped to build the Carlson Gracie Revolution Team in Hammersmith. He is the head instructor for BJJ at the Stratford Judo Club, London.

Walid has also taken part in various BJJ competitions, both Gi and No Gi as well as Semi Contact competitions.
